The Excellent Class Committee of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Trisakti, through the Learning and Gathering Division, successfully organized the Election Excellent Class 2026 as part of the leadership regeneration process for the 2026/2027 organizational term. Carrying the theme “Lead the Legacy: Together We Rise,” the event reflected the spirit of leadership continuity, collaboration, and organizational development toward a better future.

The series of activities consisted of the Debate Session for the Committee Chair Candidates held on Saturday, May 9, 2026, followed by the Inauguration and Handover Ceremony on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at Room I909, Building I, Universitas Trisakti.

The debate session served as a platform for candidates for the Chairperson of the Excellent Class Committee for the 2026/2027 period to present their vision, mission, and proposed programs before Excellent Class students. The event was attended by Ms. Reniati Karnasi, S.E., M.M., CIFM, Head of the Excellent Class Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Trisakti, and Mrs. Risa Nurmala Dewi, S.E., M.M., CSRS., CSRA., CGP, Secretary of the Excellent Class Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Trisakti, who also participated as panelists during the candidate discussion session.

Through this debate, students were given the opportunity to better understand the leadership qualities, perspectives, and readiness of each candidate in leading the Excellent Class Committee toward a more progressive and innovative direction. The election process was conducted democratically through a voting system involving all Excellent Class students.

Based on the election results, Danang Islami was elected as Chairperson of the Excellent Class Committee for the 2026/2027 period, while Muhammad Aqil Ilham Putra Anwar was elected as Vice Chairperson of the Excellent Class Committee for the 2026/2027 period. The new leadership is expected to continue the organization’s programs while bringing positive innovation and development to Excellent Class students of FEB Usakti.

The Election Excellent Class 2026 series concluded with the Inauguration and Handover Ceremony, symbolizing the official transition of leadership from the previous cabinet to the new committee for the 2026/2027 period. This ceremony marked an important moment in continuing the organization’s values, culture, and collaborative spirit established by the previous committee.

Election Excellent Class 2026 is expected to strengthen the democratic system within student organizations while producing leaders who demonstrate integrity, responsibility, and innovation, and who are capable of leading the Excellent Class Committee of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Trisakti toward a stronger and more sustainable vision in the future.
