The Art and Culture Division, Excellent Classes Committee and Excellent Class Programs, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Trisakti Holds its 3rd Activity entitled Art and Culture Nusantara Fair

Culture is a way of life that is developed and shared by a group of people, and passed down from generation to generation. Culture is formed from many complex elements, including religious and political systems, customs, language, tools, clothing, buildings, and works of art. Where culture has begun to be marginalized by the younger generation in this era.

In order to welcome Archipelago Day 13 December 2024, Arts and Culture Division The Excellent Class Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business, held an event entitled “Art & Culture of the Archipelago” which was held in the Lobby and Hallway of Building S, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Trisakti. This activity was also a reminder of the richness of the sea, natural beauty and the potential possessed by Indonesia.  The 2024 Archipelago Day theme highlights the important role of the sea in realizing the nation’s sustainability and prosperity, with a focus on preserving marine ecosystems, empowering the marine economy, and strengthening the national spirit as a maritime nation.

Art and Culture Nusantara Fair displays several events or work programs from the Division Art and Culture Excellent Class Committee, in the form of Ku-Food Fair, KU-Stik, and Nayanika Dance. Art and Culture Nusantara Fair aims to introduce typical Indonesian seafood, drinks, regional music or songs with marine nuances as well as typical regional dances which are rarely seen or enjoyed by the general public.

It is hoped that with this activity, FEB-Usakti students, especially those from the Excellent Class Program, can better understand and develop a sense of pride in Indonesia’s very diverse culture, in this case Indonesia’s maritime riches.  This will make people more qualified

Program Art and Culture Nusantara Fair The third time this time was attended by Mrs. Dr. Husna Leila Y., MM., CMA., CPMA as Deputy Dean II of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Trisakti, Mrs. Dra. RR. Dyah Astarini, MBA., CMA as Chair of the Excellent Class Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Trisakti, Mrs. Reniati Karnasi, MM., CIFM as Secretary of the Excellent Class Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Trisakti University and all Lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Trisakti.

The event ran smoothly, this activity aims to introduce and preserve Indonesian food and drinks, especially Indonesian seafood, introduce and preserve Indonesian dances, introduce and preserve Indonesian music or songs, accommodate students to channel their skills in dance and musical arts.
