The Excellent Class Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Trisakti (KU FEB Usakti) has a tradition of welcoming new students by holding a welcoming or welcome. This activity is carried out routinely at the beginning of every odd semester. By holding this event, it is hoped that new students will be able to mingle with upperclassmen and course lecturers and have the opportunity to provide an introduction to the new academic environment, superior class facilities and their values. This will help new students feel more comfortable and ready to begin their studies.  Apart from that, separately, KU-FEB Usakti always holds gatherings as an effort to create a sense of kinship, togetherness, solidarity and responsibility by holding off-campus activities with course lecturers and KU administrators.

Starting in 2023, these 2 (two) activities will be combined into one so that all KU students from all classes together with lecturers and administrators can mingle intimately.  This event also provides an opportunity for lecturers and staff to interact with students outside the academic environment. This can help in building better relationships between students and their educators.

Maintenance Weloming and Gathering Excellent Class 2024 implemented by the Excellent Class Program together with the Learning and Gathering Division of the COLLABORATION Committee.  The theme raised is “Connect and Collaborate“. Which means there is mutual cooperation or collaboration that is connected between students, lecturers and the management of the Excellent Class Program to achieve common goals between individuals, teams or organizations. This term emphasizes the importance of strong connections and interactions to achieve common goals, share responsibilities and support each other.

The aim of this event is to form togetherness and kinship among KU students, train them to be able to work together in groups (team work), improve the quality and integrity of superior class students, motivate students to study with high enthusiasm, develop leadership skills and social skills, understand , appreciate and maintain the beauty and benefits of nature for human life, strengthen the relationship between lecturers, KU administrators and students.

This event was attended by lecturers, administrators and students from the 2021/2022 – 2023/2024 Class Program (Batch 20 – 22). Welcoming and Gathering activities for the 2023 Excellent Class Program were held on Saturday, 21 September 2024 at 05.30 – 16.00 at INAGRO Jl . Raya Jampang, Karihkil Village Km 07, Ciseeng District, Kab. Bogor 16330, the event went smoothly.
